Our customers may be confident that all our servicing operations, service parts and lubricants meet or exceed the technical and quality requirements of the appropriate vehicle manufacturer.

We take great care to accurately review the servicing requirements for each customer's vehicle, taking into account mileage, age, style of use and precise vehicle type. This ensures that everything the manufacturer recommends is done during the servicing operation and nothing is overlooked, whilst any unwarranted expense is avoided.

Our service invoices clearly record exactly what had been done and what parts and materials were used. Invoices also include where appropriate a section in which the customer is advised of any defects revealed by our detailed service inspections. The garage manager is always available for consultation and to provide advice.

We offer interim vehicle checks, advisable between extended services, as well as pre-holiday or pre-winter safety checks.
Where requested and at extra cost, vehicles may be washed and interiors vacuum-cleaned following a service.

MAKERS' WARRANTIES

Servicing from new at Bijou is carried out to meet the strict standards specified by Citroën, Peugeot and Renault, including the use of top-quality TOTAL brand lubricants. A Bijou servicing history does not affect any new car warranty issued by the vehicle manufacturer. In fact, a service record showing Bijou ISO9001 validation stamps at the correct intervals means that the owner may be confident that the vehicle has been properly maintained. Being independent, Bijou does not undertake manufacturer warranty work.    

CITROËN, PEUGEOT AND RENAULT FAULT DIAGNOSIS

We diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems using the latest equipment and software available to us.

MOT TESTING

MOT Tests are conducted on site in our own Vehicle Testing Station. At Bijou, our clients are assured that the MOT Test is conducted correctly and with meticulous care by our experienced vehicle testers. A reminder is sent prior to a subsequent MOT Test being due.

CITROËN, PEUGEOT AND RENAULT REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

We provide a repair and replacement part installation service for most Citroën, Peugeot and Renault cars and light commercial vehicles. Our scope excludes bodywork repair.

Our scope includes replacement or repair of engines, transmission, exhaust and anti-pollution systems, door mirrors, suspension, steering, braking systems, electrical components, etc.

The workmanship and the replacement parts we provide are of the highest available quality and are fully guaranteed.
