CUSTOMER COMMENTS

We have on our files many letters in which our clients have expressed the most favourable comments concerning our service. We welcome customer feedback which assists us in achieving continual improvement. To assist us with this, we like our customers to discuss their feedback with us directly but we also provide confidential feedback cards at reception and a feedback email address which is feedback.bijou@mclweb.net.

Many of our clients have used our services exclusively for many years. Indeed we have a number of customers who have been with us continually for over 30 years.

We are also constantly acquiring new customers who in turn come to adopt us as their preferred garage. We know that the majority of them are gained by personal recommendations from our established clients.
